I tried this today in South New Jersey and did not get the Catalina. I know the machine was working as I got other coupons from the machine. Is there someone to contact? Otherwise I was going to return them.
I think you can directly email/contact the Catalina company. I’ve seen others do this and the company just mails them the Catalina coupon with an apology letter. Try that! 🙂

catalina doesnt start till tomorrow…and the scrubbing bubbles cartwheel is for scrubbing bubbles with fantastik…which the $1 off 2 coupon excludes the scrubbing bubbles with fantastik…. found this out this after reading the fine print on everything.. so you dont get that extra .60 off of 4….

Just an fyi… the 5% off cartwheel for scrubbing bubbles.. only works on the scrubbing bubbles with fantastik… the $1 off 2 coupon excludes the scrubbing bubbles with fantasik.. so you technically can’t use cartwheel on the scrubbing bubbles deal.. it will be .60 more then stated… i did this deal 2xs and that was the outcome.. but its still an awesome deal

I am so upset! Went to target and did the scrubbing bubble deal two times. First time worked great, the second time, the girl gave me the gift card empty! I went back to target and talked to the manager and she was very rude and told me that they didn’t owe me anything. She barely let me talk. 🙁
May target in Ellicott City gave me a hard time and wanted honor the 5 gift card so I refused to pay
