Laura- the program did change but as long as your spending the average amount ($5/transaction) you’ll earn your stars just as fast. If you spend more money, you’ll get more stars. When you do the math out its a really good deal for everyone.. Unless you just get a short pike
All of these bonus offers start at night and I can’t drink their latte’s at night if I want to go to bed. They definitely make you jump through hoops and I believe it is going to be worse with the new changes.
You can get decaf or a non-coffee item as well.
I have earned a reward… Anyone know if I can “pay” using the app for this today and earn extra stars? TIA

Can you even redeem a freebie using the app? If so, it must be new because I haven’t been able to do this in he past
You just let them know you are redeeming a reward. Then they key it in.
But this offer is thru their mobile app, order ahead, not ordering inside the store. Can you now order ahead, and when you go pick up, you can void your order then pay with your earned reward? Last time I did order ahead, there was no option to use your reward.
If I’m out and about & they have a special going, I’ll snag a coffee then save it for the next morning

Ladies, this counts for order and pay AHEAD with your app, which means use the mobile order option through their app. Not just order when you get there and pay with the app.
