Would this work well on thicker carpet like a semi “shag” type? I don’t know how else to explain our carpet. I wouldn’t do the whole house with this, but just the steps where our heavy vacuum would be clunky.
It definitely doesn’t deep clean carpeting with high pile, but for a light clean-up, its great!

It should be the last option on the bottom. First option is extra $ to get it next day, second two day with prime, third something else and the last one is slow shipping with credit but still you get it by next wed.
There is probably a better way, but I always go to the Amazon Instant Video Page and select any video. Under the button you click to purchase the show there is a link that says “More Purchase Options”. Then when you click that there is a link at the bottom for “Reedem a gift card or promotional credit”. When you click on that it shows the balance you have from gift cards and the credit from no-rush shipping.

Thanks, Collin! I bought one of the sticks the last time you told us Amazon had it for about the same price and love it! I just bought a 2nd to keep upstairs. It works great on hard floors and okay on carpeting. It won’t replace your regular heavy duty vacuum for deep carpet cleaning, but is great for quick pick up of pet hair and spills. When used as a dust buster, it beats any I have ever had. Incredibly strong suction!

I have this and I like it. I bought this more than a year ago from Amazon for under $15. Wanted a cheaper vacuum cleaner to keep and use in our attic (our den) so I didn’t have to lug one up and down the stairs. We have a thin office-type of carpet up there and on the stairs leading to it and it works well.

Funny story about this vacuum:
I use it only on my hard surfaces (kitchen/dining/bathrooms) and it works like a charm! I also love it as a “I-don’t-want-to-squish-that-spider” vac, and suck those right up. I assumed they died a peaceful death inside the canister. WRONG. Last time I went to empty it out, there was a gigantic spider just hanging out in there, probably living off all the other bugs I suck up there!!!! EEEEEKKKKKK! Don’t worry, I sucked it up with my larger bagged vacuum….hehe
Ahhhhh! I sucked up a spider once with my bag less vac and could see it was still alive in the dust!!
