    Has anyone tried these?

My kids are both GF and like them. My daughter is pretty picky when it comes to packaged foods, as I usually make everything from scratch, and she goes for these – hope that helps!

Since it contains Oats it’s not TRUELY gluten free . Gluten free consists of NO wheat, barley, rye or oats. I’m sure many of you say it is gluten free cuz your doctor said . Guess what it damages the microscopic hairs aka villi in your small intestines that absorb nutrients from the food you consume. That’s what celiac disease essential is sensitivity to these foods and a significant reaction.
One more added note if you haven’t been diagnosed I recommend you try no gluten for 2 weeks and then go gluten crazy (pastas breads etc) I promise you will feel like crap! Oh and since I stopped eating these kids of gluten I no longer have sinuses / hay fever or sensitivity to dairy ! It was the gluten the whole time !

There’s such a thing as gluten free oats. Oats only contain gluten through contamination not themselves. I’ve been gluten free for 10 years (celiac disease) and eat the specific gluten free oats often. I buy mine at trader joes but many places carry them now.
