Today only, March 27th, Aeropostale is hosting a Spring Break Sale and offering up to 60% off Everything and free shipping on orders of $100 or more (or pay $7 flat rate shipping). Even sweeter, head here and click on the Click Here to Get Promo Code button to score a promo code valid for an extra 5%-15% off your order. As a few examples, I spotted Guys Polos on sale for $10 (regularly $24.50) and Girls Hoodies on sale for just $10 (reg. $39.50) so as little as $8.50 each if you score a 15% off mystery promo code to use at checkout.
Oh boy… After the aero ebay sale fiasco the other day, i dont think i even want to bother.
My order got cancelled, anyone else?
From the aero ebay, yes. Everything. Jeans and v neck shirts.
hi did you get an email to say it was cancelled? I ordered a bunch of stuff
Yes, both from ebay and paypal about the refunds.
mine has not been cancelled yet so heres hoping I ordered a bunch of stuff
My aero order hasn’t been cancelled. I ordered a pair of jeans and the payment was taken from my account and according to ebay, delivery is expected by April 1st.
Thanks for sharing Erika!
My payments were all taken from my account too but one order has been cancelled anyway. Now I have to wait for everything to go back into my bank account.
Mine cancelled as well. Just got the email this morning. Bummer!
Darn!
No thanks. After them cancelling my Ebay order and then telling me I need to cancel the order on Ebay for a refund, I will be avoiding this company. They run scam sales and dont fulfill the orders and then they dont issue refunds.
Sorry to hear that Andrea. Thanks for your honest feedback!
It was nice to see this “sale” for $10 hoodies until I saw the $7 shipping charge. NO SALE
Why would I pay $7 shipping on a $10 hoodie? That’s crazy (and stupid )
My order earlier this week got cancelled as well!!
They cancelled my order too. Won’t be buying a hoodie for 17.00 when I should have got it for 4.00 the other day. Not cool
Ebay order, I ordered 2 separate transaction. The first order has 3 items seems shipped. The second order has only one item, and I ordered kind of late so it got cancelled.
I guess they are not so good about inventory… That is all.
I would not order from them again the bogus ebay sale that went thru and cancel notice today
HERE ARE SOME CODES 10 OFF $50 – 50016512 – 15 OFF $75 -50016539-
25 OFF 100 – 50016547
My first of three eBay orders got cancelled. I sent them a message and they replied today, saying there was a pricing error and my other orders will also be cancelled. They offered me 10% off and free shipping on my next order. I looked at their feedback and it looks like this isn’t the first time this has happened. Looks like it happened in December. Isn’t there a way to report their bad business practices???
They canceled both of my orders and wont refund me, they said I need to cancel the order through Ebay. Ebay says its too late for me to cancel. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep saying that if I want a refund I need to cancel it. They told me it was a pricing error and none of my items would be shipped. The BBB or Consumer Affairs.com may be places for us to contact.
I contacted eBay and they informed me I had the right to decline the seller’s request to cancel and that the seller is then obligated to send my items. If I do not get my order, then eBay will open a dispute with the seller. I agreed to the cancellation of one item before I had contacted eBay so not much I can do with that one.
Thats strange. I didnt respond to the cancellation request (it still shows as pending in my account and needing my action) but i still got an email from paypal saying my refund is processing back to my card. When i open the cancellation request it actually says wait until your refund is processed if you have paid, before agreeing to cancel.
This the the cancellation I got from support.ebay@aeropostale.com
Then I got another email from PayPal about the refund. OH WELL, HIS WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUEðŸ˜

You will receive a PayPal refund for the full price, tax, and shipping of all cancelled items.
The reason for the cancellation is most likely either due to our warehouse being out of stock of the item or you may be using a shipping address that is not supported for this item (this generally only applies to people using PO Boxes or that reside outside of the continental US). In order to give you the fastest update possible, this is an automated email. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team at support.ebay@aeropostale.com.
We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused.
Thank you for shopping with us. We look forward to serving you better in the future.

Aeropostale on eBay
I got the same email, but in addition to that I got messages through eBay that Aeropostale opened a “cancel transaction” case on each item. It gives you the option to accept or decline. I haven’t gotten those messages for all of my items yet.
Yeah, me too. Two of my three items have been cancelled. Just waiting in the last one to be cancelled as well. Don’t think I will be ordering from them again.
Is there anyone who DIDN’T get their order cancelled, or have received their items? I haven’t received any emails or messages from them, and I have a general April 1st estimate, but when I click into the actual order it says “No Shipping Estimate Available”.
If everything will be cancelled, that’s fine, but I just hope I don’t have to go through hoops to actually get my money refunded since I’ve literally received no communications since I’ve placed the order. =(
be sure to give them a proper rating…
poor communication and customer relations. Slow money refunds, no customer relation w/o e-Bay’s help…
It’s not doing any good. I’m having trouble opening disputes because of their shady behavior. They issued “refunds” before cancelling the item so eBay thinks everything was resolved.
