Is this a good price based on sq footage? If it is 702 sq ft, it seems expensive???? Shouldnt it be $7.02 or less? Something doesnt add up.

The Cottonelle CleanCare has 864.00 sq ft. The ComfortCare only has 702 sq ft. CleanCare would be the better deal of the two, per square foot.
