I ordered this and I have to warn you that the sample bottles were only half full.. You get 6 diapers 10 wipes and a sample of each of the lotion, body wash, etc about the amount of 1 use. I feel I paid more than the worth of what I got in that $5
I agree, I also had to call and got a heavy sales run around to cancel and then had to call back when they sent a second package. ( it was cancelled they sent a second one for free as one of the wee free sample bottles wasn’t shut and leaked all over during shipping, they also sent the wrong diapers.)
That being said most the products were great but I didn’t like the almost forceful sales attempts. I will just coupon and watch for sales at Target.

Yes the products will still be good. I used my daughters sample pack 6 months after i received it. I wasnt crazy about the diapers, but i love their essentials bundle (shower gel, lotion, healing balm & etc…_)

We are expecting our 5th child this May and have used Honest Company with our last two children and plan to also use with our 5th. Terrible quality. Misrepresent their products. My baby got a terrible sunburn from using their sunscreen. And yes I reapplied and watch the time diligently. I think they over price their products. Diapers are plastic and yes they have nice designs but not soft at all. Will stick with seventh gen!
Agreed! The quality has declined as the company has gained momentum. The sunscreen is a nightmare after it was reformulated. The diapers are cute but I can get them at Target too.
Love that travel handsoap for road trips. But i agree it was a lIttle awkward canceling.

I just wanted to share my experience with the honest sample bundle I received. The shampoo says it is tear-free but my three year old girl got it in her eyes and cried and her eyes got very red and irritated. I then tried it as an eye makeup remover since it is supposed to be tear-free (I have used other tear-free shampoos and been fine)… and my daughter was not alone in her response. My eyes immediately started burning and stayed red and irritated all day even after I flushed them for 10 minutes. Then for the diapers. I tried them on my two year old boy and at the next change he had a rash coming on in the creases of the diaper. I tried for another change using the honest diapers and his rash was so bad by the next change. I switched him back to his costco diapers and the rash went away with some cream within a day. I had more still, so I tried again a week later and the same reaction. If they are all natural I am wondering why he would react so badly. Between the two products not working as they were promised (free of irritations), I will not be using honest products. I know this is not everyones experience. But just know that they are not irritation free for some. Customer service was very nice when I called and explained I wanted to cancel.
I’ve bought sunscreen and bug repellent. Neither worked at all. The sunscreen caused bad burns and the bug repellent didn’t do anything. I’ve used store bought brands that have worked way better!
