  i’m getting the same error message :” We are having a technical hiccup and PayPal isn’t available right now. You can pay with a credit or debit card instead.”

    I added the card to my cart, went to PayPal, put the C15LIMITEDTIME, the $15 coupon came up, and it still charged me $90 for the $100 lowes gift card…will it give me the money back? Did I do it right?

  Same happened to me however, it really only charged $75. I received an email stating I paid $75, but when I logged into Ebay and into Paypal, I was seeing $90. When I clicked again on the purchase in both Ebay and in Paypal, I could see further details and can see that I was only charged $75. Double check yours.

    Can’t get past the last payment page. Seems to be an error on the eBay end with Paypal. I opened up a new tab and logged directly into Paypal and there was no issue that way. Going to keep trying!
