That’s the same thing that happened to me. I’ve never had an issue before so I wonder what’s going on…
I’ve had that before and I think it means the sample is out but I’m not completely sure
I had the same problem..I switched from safari to chrome and the sample page did load. I was able to fill it in and it went through. So try switching browsers. Good Luck!

Received the email and clicked on the sample link just moments after it arrived in my inbox but a message comes up saying I must be a member which I am. I am logged on under the same email as the email was sent to and tried multiple browsers. I guess it wasn’t meant to be. 🙁
