Yes, CVS has a 98% rule meaning, if you get within 98% of the $20 the ECB will print. So, 98% is $19.60, so buying $19.95 works. Hope that helps!

Q: If you are buying 5 items then why would you not use a 2nd $1/1 so that you are using 4 Q’s in the transaction?

You can’t because the coupons are 2/$2.50. So if you use two that equals 4 boxes. So you can only use one $1 coupon for the 5th box.

The $2.50/2 attaches itself to 4 products and the $1/1 to the 5th product. So, you can only use the 3 coupons on the 5 items. Hope that helps!

How would this work with a 25% off any tampons coupon in app? It would take 25% off the amount after coupons?
