Yes, I got that error last time they had a visa checkout coupon. Call customer service and they will give you “spendable Kash” which is like a credit on your account. I am getting the error this time too. I wish they would just fix the problem.

My order page showed the discount, but my credit card is being billed the full amount despite going thru visa checkout. However, it is still at the pending stage, has anyone elses’ had this happen and then the correct charges be billed? I am getting worried.
