Is Pick Up In Store only available at certain locations? I found several items I really liked, and it showed that they were in-stock and available at my nearest store in Austin, TX. When I went to checkout, it shows Pick Up Not Available at this store. Anyone in the Austin area ever used in store pickup with an online order?
I am running into the exact same issue! I am not able to select “pickup in store” at checkout , although I have definitely bought something from hollisterco.com before and picked up in store!

If you are on the check out screen there is the chat button. I contacted them and they said some store are not set up for the pick up in store. I was told I had to pay the 7.00 or free with 50 purchase.

Ugh I got both codes but if you’re not planning to pay $50 and get free shipping it’s not worth the time of searching through their site for a decent item that is actually in stock and available for local pick up. The $10 off is not available on any of the Must Have tee’s and tanks which is what I was hoping for!

Amazing! I ordered 2 shorts for $11 shipped, it allowed 2 promo codes. I would have never ordered such trendy shorts, but what a deal. I wish my locations had store pickup, but they did not offer.
