There a 14 day return policy in stores in case anyone was curious. Got me to give in–if it still doesn’t fit then I can at least easily take it back.

I read a consumer reports article recently that this company is facing a lawsuit over the inaccuracy of their heart rate monitoring with their newer devices. It’s apparently not accurate. If you want accurate heart rate monitoring, pick up a chest strip and a Garmin Vivofit.

Most all stores I checked only had the large size left. The employee I talked with let me know that the large adjusts down pretty small. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried on the large. It fit well and has a nice range of adjustments!

Ordered this when it first went up and just received an email that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude.
Mine was cancelled as well saying they couldn’t verify my information (after they held the amount on my credit card). FYI Groupon has it for $69.99 and if your first order, $10 off so about $5 more.

Okay, I’m worried then… I got a confirmation email on the day of the order but haven’t received anything since. And they have NOT charged my bank account. It’s not looking good.
I just got an email, but it’s weird. It says my item is not available, but it also says that if I call them before May 3rd I can choose another item (no idea if they will substitute or not). Otherwise, they will cancel my order. I’m not going to call today, because it looks like from other posters, they are a little busy. Anyone else get an email like that??

Mine was cancelled too. I called customer service and after more than an hour of being transferred and going round and round, they said there was nothing they could do. I have been a customer for over 12 years and have 4 lines on my account. You would think they would make it right. It was their error that they sold more than inventory. If they can’t fulfill the order, then they should give a comparable product (such as the Charge HR) for the same price! I’m not a happy AT&T customer!

Me too! They were rude, got hung up on, and asked for other options and was turned down for all. Have been an AT&T customer for years so disappointed. They made a mistake and refuse to rectify it for all these customers.
Mine was canceled too, but now it shows as being in stock in a local store so I will try there. If not, I guess I will stick with my Zip.

So I went to my local At&T store. the worker had no idea if they had been on sale this cheap, because they didn’t have any of this kind in stock.
BUT he did tell me that starting April 29th they are going to have the more expensive FitBit Charge HR one on sale for 50% off. Which takes it from $150 to $75.
That one goes for $130 on Amazon right now so seems like a good deal. Might get it
I went to my local AT&T store and they did have it in stock, so for any of you who got canceled, check there. When I ordered, there was no stock in local stores and now that it is out of stock online, the local stores show it in stock. I’m wondering if the warehouse sent out their stock to the stores that should have filled the online orders.
