  I never had a Chi blowdryer, but compared to my Conair that blew up and my Herstyler that stopped getting hot, I love it. I have very thick hair and it seems to dry my hair quickly with minimal frizz. I have this exact model and that’s about what I paid for it on clearance at Marshall’s. I would definitely recommend.

   I’ve never looked into the curling wands but have a new hair style and thought about trying this one for curls/waves. Any reviews on this?

  I have never been great at curling my hair with a regular iron because I would also get a crimp. I love my curling wand (not this brand) and find it so much easier to get nice beachy waves.

   I have seen both the wands and the flat irons in several TJ Maxxs and Marshalls for the same price, but without shipping. Unfortunately, I discovered that after I bought them online. It is worth checking out before forking out the shipping costs…I have seen them in these stores in multiple states.
