I have this jacket, but am scared to wash it… Can you put it right in the washer & dryer and it still feel the same afterwards?

    • Mary

Oh yeah, it has instructions to turn it inside out and zip the zippers I think. Mine is perfect and have washed it a few times already. I do air dry though.

    • Amy K

Yep I’ve washed mine and turns out great

      • Kay

Awesome! Good to know, thanks ladies!

I actually washed my first one- that was just like this and it messed up- pillage was terrible! BUT- they have a lifetime warranty! So I shipped it to them and they shipped me a new one!

When do you put the coupon code in?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! You can enter the code at checkout at the top right of the page. Hope that helps!

Wondering about size. Those of you who have it do they run pretty true to size? I’m just short of 5’10 with long arms.

    • Monica

I am 5’9″ tall and 125 pounds and the large did not fit me properly at all. Medium was too tight. I had to skip. Eddie Bauer sizes fit me much better.

    • Liz

Sandy – I worked at The North Face outlet for about 10 years and am about your size. I’m about 5’10” with long arms. I typically wear a small but in most TNF jackets I needed a medium for the sleeve and body length. TNF is cut a little short in this style of jacket. I’d recommend going up a size if you want to get one =)

Are these sizes comparable to Columbia? I am 5’3 and 145 lbs. I likebthe way a columbia large fits me.

  9. Sue

I always get made fun of when I wear my north face jacket. I think these are going out of fashion or something. I liked it it was comfy but always got comments about it like poking fun at me

    • Lisa

I’ve noticed recently people making comments about Ugg and North Face being out of style, but I still rock mine! Sometimes comfort is key.

    • Elaine

Who cares what people think? Iā™” mine. I live in Buffalo and it gets pretty cold. I would always see people wearing these in the winter and wonder how a fleece jacket could be warm enough to wear alone. Now I know:)

    • Bethany

Why do you hang out with people who are so shallow as to make fun of what you wear?

    • Kim

That’s called jealousy, and that’s their problem, not yours šŸ˜‰

  10. Angie

    Bought one. Thanks.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re so welcome!
