I’m impressed with Shari’s Berries customer service. I sent my Mom strawberries this week and they arrived flipped over and smeared in the box. I wrote to them, and sent pictures she sent me, and they offered me a full refund or another box of berries sent to her. Any kind O wanted under $30. Since I used a Groupon, I chose another box. Fingers crossed!

I was not so happy with sharies berries. I knew There would be a $10 to $15 delivery fee added onto my total. I expected that. I did not expect expect an additional $15 delivery fee for guaranteed Mother’s Day delivery. I tried to switch the days and have it come earlier later five days each way it was still $10 for guaranteed Monday delivery? I have never heard of that. So shipping cost me a little over $30 for 12 strawberries that is insane.
That’s standard for all of these type of gift delivery places.
Really? I ordered my Mom’s last Saturday and they were delivered yesterday for $8.
