    I ordered on May 11th but I have not received anything yet. I should have read reviews about their site before ordering. Many oeople complains about missing orders and them not wanting to refund.

    DON’T order those balloons!!!! Not a single one worked. Cheap and flawed. Site seems complicated so I’m not even going to try to get my money back 🙁

    I ordered on May 11th as well. Once I finally figured out their ridiculous website I was able to contact “customer service”. While their site says exert 1p-25 days for delivery, customer service told me if could be up to 180 days! Just ridiculous! I don’t blame hip2save but maybe check reviews on the websites before advertising for them?

    I am so annoyed with these. i ordered 2 of these on May 15th. I haven’t received them. I impatiently waited the 25 business days to make any complaints with them and now I am told to wait 10-15 MORE business days for a product i’m never going to receive… it’s only 7 dollars BUT i will not order anything from this site everbuying again. and it looks like i’m not alone in this.

      Hi Kimberly! Sorry for all the inconvenience caused. As I stated on another post, the slow shipping is due to bad shipping method we used in April/May. We have already stopped use this shipping method for any May 11th orders and we will improve this. Please kindly wait for a few more days – if you have not received it by July, please email me your order number and I will apply refund for you.

        i have not yet received them. great that some people are. i will give them the extended 15 business days which puts us at the middle of july and it i haven’t gotten them by then i’ll be contacting you. 🙂

            I already have an open ticket…. i’m just getting really impatient waiting for my refund. it’s $7ish not trying to rip you guys off but i haven’t received the product it’s not going to magically show up and i just want my money back. This whole process or waiting and everything else i’m having to do just to get my money back is REALLY annoying.

    I received mine (I Ordered many pkgs.)… was excited to use them for a family gathering….. what a TOTAL WASTE AND LOSS OF MONEY. only a few and I mean a few on each bunch actually worked.

    I have yet to receive these and now I am wondering if they will even work. I was told to wait the 25 business days on June 13 but now it is June 30. I will not order from this site again!!!

    I have yet to receive my order, but finally received a response from customer service. I had to give them my mailing address again and then check with my post office. I would just like a refund at this point.

    I ordered May 11 and haven’t received mine either. The company did not respond to my emails. I paid through Paypal so I have filed a case through the resolution center and am waiting for the outcome…….

    Still no package from my order. Everbuying refunded all but one cent. They refuse to do a full refund as they say they are out the money from shipping the product that never arrived. Paypal was no help either. Total scam. Ugh!!

    I had to open a dispute on PayPal. I have now escalated it to a Claim and am waiting for PayPal. H2S does a FABULOUS job vetting deals, but this one slipped through the cracks as a loser.

    Really disappointed. I haven’t received anything and a friend bought b/c I shared your post and she hasn’t. She tried contacting them through paypal and hasn’t heard anything. I only bought b/c I trust your site and would have expected that you vetted the website. I should have known that that price was too good to be true.

    I emailed several people until I got someone to help me with this. She offered me a refund or said she would have a new order shopped out immediately. I said to ship them….. That was a month ago and nothing yet. So very disappointed!
