I bought this vacuum two years ago during a Black Friday sale. I think it was this same price. It was refurbished also. It works great. No issues. It works so much better than my previous vacuum!

I bought this last week from the same deal that was posted. The vacuum arrived unable to pivot to the left and it is VERY loud. I contacted them and they are replacing it with another one. This is just a FYI.

Thanks for the honest feedback! So glad they are sending you a replacement!

How would this one do with pet hair? I have a Dyson but to take it and be serviced is going to be almost the cost of a whole new one!

What happened to me too so I decided to buy a new vacuum, but a shark and love it! Will never go back to a Dyson! Over rated for sure!

We have a Dyson (purple pet one)for almost 11 years. We have 2large breed dogs–Newfoundland and a Great Pyrenees and 3kids. Our sweeper gets used every day. We have replaced the clutch and belt for about $30. We watched a YouTube video. It was very easy to do. Also take an air compressor and blow out the cyclones. We don’t have an air compressor so we went to a local auto body shop and paid $5 and they blew it out. We also clean the roller underneath about every other time we sweep. When we bought the sweeper the sales person said that a Dyson was made to be taken apart with a screwdriver if anything would be needed to be fixed.

FYI…we got new carpet last year and the carpet company (along with Macy’s rug associate and my sister’s carpet guy) ALL said that their carpet warranties are VOID if you use a Dyson. I have a Dyson and am still using it, regardless of what they said, and haven’t seen any problems so far…but I guess carpet companies are voiding warranties if you use a Dyson because it is TOO powerful and shreds up the carpet. Just wanted to share this info.

I got mine today from the last time you posted and I LOVE it!!!! It showed me how horrible my other vacuum really was.
