I personally have never had an issue with Honest Co. We’ve been on and off customers for almost 4 years. This past month i bought honest co diapers at Target, they were not up to standards, called them they sent me 2 packs of training pants. They were too small, sent us two more the next size up for free. When we were subscribed in the bundles, they were easy to delay or cancel.
Ok so I thought it was just me but I was super disappointed when I bought honest diapers at target. Called honest and they shipped me more diapers. Their customer service is great!

My experience has been hard to cancel with the Honest Company. After I finally got them to cancel my account they sent out another shipment that was to be canceled. Such a hassle and bad experience. Never again left a bad taste in my mouth with the Honest Company. They aren’t very Honest in my opinion!!
can anyone figure out if these are full size or trial size products? there s no mention of how many oz anywhere…trying to see if it s worth it…

I’m surprised everyone is saying they are hard to cancel. I did a diaper deal for black Friday and they say you have to call to cancel but I did it over their messenger on their site and it was done in 2 minutes with no issues.
I have had outstanding service from the Honest Company. They are friendly and helpful and have bent over backwards to help me out…free overnight shipping when I desperately needed formula, adding extra products to my orders, and I love that you don’t have to wait on hold, they’ll call you back.
