The February 28th edition of the Smart Source coupon insert that you would get in the paper. There are three main inserts that you get in the papers. Some come every week, others don’t. SS = Smart Source, RP = Red Plum, PG = Procter and Gamble.

Last time DG ran this sale and this coupon was available I still had an out of pocket. I couldn’t figure out why to save my life. I have the most trouble couponing at DG because of this.
Sales tax?
Nope. It was more than $0.35 (which is what sales tax would’ve been). If I remember right, it was still charging me $0.90 per bag before tax.
I have had so much trouble with couponing at dollar general too. Some stores it works and some stores it doesn’t work. Frustrating.
Same here. We have three DGs and what works at one doesn’t work at another. I never know what to expect.
