I went to Payless in Burnsville mn. Cashier saw the coupon and immediately tried to say it wasn’t valid and that she’s worked there 8 years and has never seen a coupon like this on retail me not. I told her that I’ve read online many people using this coupon with no problems. She made a call and only then did she try to scan it. She had to punch in the barcode numbers and then it worked! Got 2 pairs for free! I left happy. Cashier made me feel like she did a huge favor for me and said that they did it as customer service
quality customer service at its best …. don’t let the cranky people of the world get you down, some cashiers just hate coupons and aren’t afraid to be incredibly unprofessional
Same here. The cashier refused to take the coupon and I left :(. They said they don’t accept coupons from RetailMeNot!
The cashier was wrong I work for Payless and the coupon was a one day offer only. I have work for Payless for 9 years and this is the fort time they have a coupon were you can get a 1o off of 1o purchase I’m happy for all of you that got a good pair of shoes for only 2.99 or less and you can use the electronic coupons as many times you want you only need to pay separate that’s all

I asked their facebook about the validity of the retailmenot coupon they said its valid. I used it and got sandal for my kid.

Hi all, i just want to ask how many times do you use the coupon is consider not right. I use them 4 times…am i abusing it? I dont want to be a unethical customer…but the cashier said can use mnltiple times ..thats why i buy socks and suglass for my sons paying a dollar here and there…
I went to payless here in CA and the cashier told me to use it as much as i can and i was able to combine it with the survey( 3 dollars) or 20% off and i got a really good deals
