I don’t trust the BBB. I had an absolutely horrible experience with a company rated highly there. $3000+ purchase and a nightmare. I sent a complaint to the BBB and they did nothing. I’m skeptical to try new online companies now.

Most reusable bags like these are hand wash only 🙂
I have like 5 different brands none are hand wash only they are dishwasher safe.
