What a fun and inexpensive gift!
We gave these to my daughter’s softball coaches and they were super thrilled to be acknowledged and thanked and she LOVED giving them! I appreciated that they were super easy to throw together and just about everything shown came from Dollar Tree!
This is super cute! I’m curious if people also give gift cards, and how much?
Yes we do gift cards every year for my boys football coaches. We usually do a gift card to the movie theater and a restaurant with an amount for 2 people so that it covers their wives as well. I know our coaches wives are troopers! They do a lot for the team, and put up with a lot! They deserve a treat too😊
It’s different each year – but this year a parent asked if anyone wanted to donate 5-10$ for a gift card and they ended up with 50$ –these baskets were for the assistant coaches I put together 😀 –thanks Susie!
We had a team photo of the soccer kids that we took after a game so I ordered a photo tote bag for Coach Jessica and ordered a photo coffee mug for Coach Parker. I ordered from Walmart and paid about $24 total for both shipped to my house. Deals come up often though so you might be able to pay less. We had 8 kids so $3/family to cover 2 coaches.
We did this last year. I just added cracker jacks, peanuts, sunflower seed etc. And then I bought a baseball and had all of the kids sign their names and put the team name & year on it. He LOVED it!
I have a signed softball from my coworkers – I organized the company softball team and they all signed one when I left. The thing means the WORLD to me, I keep it in my new office. Totally recommend this for coaches!!
How cute! I’m going to do this.
Awesome!!! That is also a great snack idea for Fathers Day too!!
Any ideas for The Coach to give his players. My husbands a first year coach for my sins baseball team (5-6 year olds). I wanted to do something for all his players. Thanks in advance
Our coaches this year gave each boy a baseball at the end of the year pizza party and all the boys signed each ball…They all loved it! I Write the year and team name. So fun.
Tshirts with the team logo on front and the team record at the end of the season on the back are nice gifts. We did this one year through CustomInk. Kids really enjoyed them!
Cute! Have two gymnasts here at home. Both are State Champs so that tells you how amazing their coaches are. But it’s hard to find a cute gift idea for them. If any of you have any ideas please share them with me 😃🏆🏅
Do you know nice gift tag for track & field coach?
Any gift ideas for an older coach? My sons coach is amazing! But I don’t think he eats the gum, these kinds of snacks or Gatorade. He was amazing though! I like the idea of signing the baseball and maybe a Tim hortons gift card. But not sure what else I could put in a basket for him. TIA!
Maybe a basket with a nice water bottle, protein bars, trail mix, fruit, or healthier snacks? Gift cards are awesome too 😄
Now I need an idea for my daughters dance teacher… it’s dance recital time too!
I need cute but inexpensive ideas like this for teachers. With 5 kids in school it gets expensive to buy each teacher something but I want to show our appreciation for all they do.
You may want to search the archives, I know Collin has posted teacher gifts in past years. Also check out Pinterest. Tons of ideas on there.

I used the free shutterfly product coupons, then the team split the shipping costs. We have our color guard instructor an 8×8 photo book, playing cards, and a tote for about $2 per kid. He loved it and uses the tote for practice
Such a smart idea! How fun.
