I was disappointed with them I ordered twice one order shipped a week early the other was late most of the cookies were broken terrible customer service when I called to complain

Love this company and I love that when you call they are in the USA! The cookies are always yummy and fresh. I always ordered from them never had an issue. The only thing I hate is that when you order a gift they put the card on the outside shipping label so unless you notice that right away you have no clue who sent you a gift.
