  I use manufacturer coupons and store coupons together all the time. No issues ever😀

  Yes, you can use both. They even accept competitors coupons. I’ve used Target coupons with manufacturer coupons together at petsmart. (At the the Maryland stores do.)

   My cats are on Hills Prescription dry food. They has a special the other day where a $5 coupon would print if you spent $40+ on food. The cashier said I would be able to use both together on Friday. Also, it is cheaper online, so when I mention that, they adjust the price to reflect the online cost (from their own website)!
