Yes I contacted them twice.The first time I got a generic email that didn’t really address. I emailed them again about a week ago and haven’t heard anything back yet
If you haven’t contact their Customer Service, try it. I did and they made it right.

I went back to Walmart.com to check my order and it shows ‘cancelled by Walmart’????

You should be okay. Last time on one of the bluray deals at walmart, I had to cancel the order at one store and went ahead and redid the order at another store. Only the one ended up being payable, although the canceled order was listed too. 🙂

Did anyone else not receive an email confirmation even though it’s ready for pickup? I haven’t received any communication from Wal-Mart and it’s not pending on TopCashback.
