I’ve been a loyal Groupon user for years and I never get any of these special deals lately.
Are there any exclusions for these groupons? Can we use this along with the coupons on kohl’s website?
I have 4 groupon accounts and only one account gets all of the offers.
What’s different about the one account that gets the offers? I never get these and neither does my mom’s account

I’m so leary of these now. I did one of the Target gift card deals maybe 6 weeks ago and somehow the info was stolen and someone bought another gift card with it. Target and Groupon just bounced me back to each other and blamed the other company. After maybe my 6th attempt, Groupon finally gave me what I paid in Groupon bucks back.
The same thing happened to me. I bought Gamestop gift card and somehow someone stole the info and used it. Gamestop gave me all the information they had about who used it and on what. I shared that with Groupon, they replaced the guft card. Can’t be to careful…
So sorry to hear that Candace! I am leary too. A few months ago, someone hacked into my Groupon account, and bought 2 Brookstone groupons. I called customer service and after some arguing, they reversed the charges – since they were still in pending in my checking. Good thing I caught it early. So now, after I purchase groupons, I go back and delete the payment method they save in my file.

I purchased this deal the last time it was posted..I went to use it yesterday..no gift card. THREE customer service representatives couldn’t help me..the third sent the information on to a specialist. I have a voucher number..a confirmation email..funds removed from my account…but NO giftcard. :/
The exact same thing happened to me, went to use the fist card and it said nothing was on it. SO frustrating!!!!
I got the email invite a few weeks ago last time they had this promo , I got it and went to Kohl’s to use it . At the register it wouldn’t work and the store manager was really rude about it . After alot of time spent trying on the phone with groupon I finally got back what I paid for it . It is a good deal but just turned out to be a headache for me

So I bought one of these last night and the card says $0 balance and that the card is not active until activated at register! Those of you who have run into this type of problem, were you able to resolve it and get what you paid for? Very, very shady of Groupon and/or Kohls to have an offer like this, take your money, and give you a zero balance card!
I thought it might just take awhile, so I waited till this afternoon and checked again. Still $0. And if I have to get a refund they’d better not give me Groupon bucks! Either give me the giftcard I paid for, at the value listed, or give me my money back on my credit card! Seriouly angry about this!

Also It didnt work when I tired to copy and paste. After doing it the other way if one number at a time worked.
Mine said the same thing, when I tried to enter the gift card into my wallet. It showed $0 balance. But, when I added stuff to my cart and go to check out and enter the gift card at checkout it DOES WORK 😀 For whatever reason it won’t let me add it to my wallet on the app but it will take it off the total balance at checkout.
Thanks! I’ll give this a try. I’ve tried scanning the barcode and typing in each number into my wallet and it only shows $0 balance. I haven’t tried to check out with anything yet, though, so I’ll give that a try before contacting Groupon. Fingers crossed it works
No problem! I tried all of the above as well and it all said $0 balance. I did call 1-800-655-0554 (# to verify how much is on a gift card) and it said $20 was on there. That’s what made me decide to go ahead and try to actually make a purchase with it, and it worked..lol!
