   We use these clips for helium balloons when my kids were little. Tie the ribbon onto the clip, and then clip it into your child’s shirt or backpack. When it’s time to get in the car you can clip the clip onto the lip of the balloon to weigh it down in the car.

   One of these was attached to the father’s day balloon we got my dh. Just cut it off today to save for other uses.

   We used these on my daughters stroller when she was little. If we went out in the morning or evening the sun visor didn’t come down far enough to so we would hang a blanket over the sun visor and clip it with these clips!! Worked great!

   I stopped buying clips years ago when I saw on Pinterest that you can saw off the clips from clothes hangers.
