I got one!! They hadn’t been doing USPS mailers for a long while, maybe about a year- I complained (and lots of others I’d guess did too)- because this is the second mailer with a freebie coupon that I’ve gotten from them in the last few months!

The best way to get the mailers and e-mails is to update your phone number and email address every time you shop in-store, even if you make several transactions when your in. I’ve worked there for years, and it’s a “rewards” type program, so the more you shop, the more/better coupons you will receive–this is especially applicable at Christmas when the surprise percentage coupons are released for 20, 30, 40% off
I never get mailers. And they NEVER ask for my phone number. Only my email address. 🙁 but I did go for the candles today!
They so did not want to give this to me at the store. There were 2 people at the cash registers and saw me with the coupon and they both walked away. I had to wait for someone who was buying something to wait with me for me to get helped.

That is rude. The women working at my store are always totally cool with these coupons. I love B&BW! Make my own hand soap from their shower gels and water in foaming soap containers. Sooooo much cheaper than even on sale.
The same thing happened to me-associate was so rude she would not even put it in a bag for me and no receipt- made me feel like a thief! I will not be returning to that store.

It does not work on the small sprays. The sprays are 6.00 and the coupon is valued at 5.00 value. You can get a lotion or shower gel which is still a great freebie.
My mom and I both received one in the mail today. Hers came with an additional coupon for $6 for an signature mist 🙂
