They wouldn’t allow me to use the BOGO with the additional promo code Pearl16 or Pearl28. I called and they confirmed that they cannot be combined. Bummer! Still a good deal though
The BOGO is not working for me. I had 10 items in my cart and it only deducted $4.99. I called Customer Service but it was too close to their closing time, so she advised me to try again tomorrow. Just passing along as a heads up to others.

Nope — I’ve tried multiple times using both Firefox and Google. It will deduct anywhere from $4.99-$14.98 (price of 1 to 3 scarves) depending on how many I add to my cart, but not the right amount. I’ve talked to a CS manager and she says the site is not working correctly. They are working on it and hope to have it fixed by close of business today. It would be nice if they communicated that somewhere on the site!
So… I went a little overboard. I was trying to get to $50, since that it when free shipping kicks in. I had 14 scarves in my cart (2@$15.00 and 12@$4.99). The discount should have come to $34.93 (since it is the lower priced items that become free for the bogo, 7 x 4.99), but I was getting around $25. I called customer service to find out what was going on. She told me that some of the scarves weren’t registering correctly for the bogo. She offered that I make the purchase and then get a refund when the order came in but I asked that I be able to pay what it should be instead of trying to get money back later. So she took on the task of changing the prices manually and I ended up having to add 4 more scarves to meet the goal of $50 for free shipping (with the 14 scarves I was at $44 and with shipping being $5.95, I thought the better deal would be to get more scarves). Maria helped me add more to the order (I had to provide her the UPC codes) and made sure the pricing came out right… she’s a great gal! Long story short, my total for 18 scarves, free shipping, and tax came to $57.14… that is only $3.17 per scarf shipped. So if you have a little patience this is an awesome deal. These will make some great Christmas gifts!
