Ugh, I had this same problem last time Amazon ran this promo…same product too. Check the seller and shipper…it has to be Amazon for both. Or, call customer support with the item in your cart and they can check to see if the promo applies. When I tried this it took 2 phone calls with customer support and ended up with no Jack Black Turbo Wash…but there were other Jack Black items that qualified, just not what I wanted. Anyways good luck, hopefully it will work for you.
