The last time I did one of these rebate deals from Macy’s, I never got the rebate. Anyone else have the same experience?
I had problems with the rebate last year. I contacted the company that was processing the rebates and found out that they coded my information incorrectly. I eventually got my check… I hope you kept copies of you information.
I started writing on the top of the rebate form copies made and have never had an issue since with any rebate I send in. I usually scan and save a copy to my computer instead of printing copies anymore. Why waste good ink if I don’t have too…..

I sent an e-mail to Macy’s this morning but have not heard back yet.
Got an e-mail back but they sent me the wrong forms. E-mailing them again.
I would suggest e-mailing Macy’s customer service to anyone who is needing the correct forms.

Did anybody purchase the Cuisinart 3 speed mixer? I’m not seeing it on the July rebate form.
I’m having the same trouble of not being able to locate the rebate forms for items purchased on 7/16/16 (B&D coffee maker, Bella waffle maker). Finally on the phone with a competent person who understands the problem and is asking a supervisor for the correct rebate form. I will gladly e-mail it to anyone, assuming I get the correct form.

Update, for anyone still struggling with the rebate form. I spoke to “Jamie” through the 1-800-BUY-MACY number, selecting helping with existing order (do NOT press 0 to speak to agent — gets you nowhere!). After speaking with supervisors and not being able to find the proper rebate form, she credited me the $20 dollars I should have received in rebates. She even acknowledged how it wasn’t right that they left that form out on the website and she would put a complaint in to corporate about it! Finally, a customer service rep who gets it 🙂
