I’m new to this too. How long does it take for the shop through to show up? Like I purchased the Downy yesterday but nothing at all on my acct.
It can take awhile, I remember when they did the minion movie it took over a month and we had to submit for a missed rebate, but we have alway ended up getting the rebate it just takes quite awhile

is anyone else have the same problem I am having? In my account it is not showing that I made both the free downy and charmin purchases at Walmart? I am scared they will not give me the cashback since it is not showing in my account.
That’s what I’m wondering too. At least with ebates, it will show all your click throughs even if you don’t purchase anything.
The website states that your purchases should show up by lunchtime next day but may take up to 14 days to appear.

I am currently back and forth with them and this issue came up. I was inquiring as to why the dawn that was offered a few weeks ago at Walmart changed in my account from the purchase price to .25. To make a long story short I have 6 people in my house each has our own topcashback acct and for convenience purposes we used 1 Walmart acct to pay for the dawn orders and I’m now thinking that’s against the rules by the multiple emails back and forth. Each person has to have seperate accounts for everything period bank, PayPal, walmart etc. they still. Haven’t answered my original question about the dawn change

I don’t believe that you will see an option to chose until you have received your order and the account adjusts to add the $3.36 to your account. Also I am not 100 percent sure but I thought that you needed to reach $20.00 to cash out (choose PP or Amazon option).
