I have a Target-related question… if I purchase three of the Up & Up $28.99 giant packs, can I use both a $10/$50 diapers coupon plus a $5/$30 Up & Up coupon? The total would be over $80 before coupons/Cartwheel, so does that mean it counts as meeting each threshold separately?

Yes. You meet each threshold separately so you can use them both.
