How does the credit work? Anyone know if it’s for only a specific dog food?
It will be only for specific food and treats. When I got the cookie box there were a lot of things that I could get. Some were prime and others prime pantry. I got this box and I’m sure that I’ll find something that my dog will enjoy… she’s less picky about the taste of her food and treats than I am about mine.

Just based off my own experience with the fruit box sample credit I won’t buy another one of these boxes! Almost everything that I sampled was not included in what I could buy with the credit…seems a bit stupid. So people who are seeing this as “free” I would check what you can buy the credit before you buy the sample to see if you even want any of that!

Buy my dog more treats that she doesn’t need? Okay. Since you twisted my arm. (my dog was sad the other day when an Amazon box came and there was nothing in it for her. She thought for sure that the bag of laundry pods that is shaped like her treats was for her. She was so confused when I put them in the laundry room instead of the pantry.

I agree about the credit being harder to use than I thought. I bought a protein sample box and I had a tough time using it for something I actually wanted.

Many of these samples are available for free at your local, independent mom-and-pop pet supplier. The Honest Kitchen Packets are easy to ask for at stores that sell that brand (and it’s a fantastic brand of non-kibble, diet). The Nature’s Variety Mixers were on sale for $1 at Petco not long ago. The Cesar is next to free with coupons routinely. I don’t see 9.99 of value here…

There was not a full list of “select products” available, and the rep said he would submit my feedback that a list absolutely should be provided with the Full Terms & Conditions of the offer! I should be hearing back from the promotions department shortly, and if I get a list, I will post it here.
Not trying to be a debbie downer 🙂 but if you scroll down to look what is in the box its oddly all but ONE thing of treats. It does say food and treats sample but to me that would mean half and half not beyond vast majority regular food. I know many will use other types of food as treats i just find this sample box odd. THAT said if you look and see something you would buy anyway in what the credit it can be used for, yes then its nice to get but if you dont then you arent getting $9.99 worth
Ill add i cant find on this deal what the credit can be used on. Often times there is a highlighted spot to click and see what qualifies. I do not see that

If you’re on the mobile site, it won’t show up. But just switch to full site (bottom of home page) then in search bar up top search ‘chat’ or ‘contact us’ & you should find it. That’s not the only way but I find that’s easiest. HTH😊

This post reminded me I had two credits to use. I was able to use my makeup credit for a mascara and an eyeliner and my flavored syrup credit for a full size syrup, plus this sample box to get me over the $25 add-on minimum. After credits and a coupon $16 shipped and I will have $9.99 to use on more dog treats.
