I actually just got an email from them saying that I’ll get 100% back in any points I spend in a single transaction. It’s probably something that has to be on your account, but definitely worth looking to see if you got the email too!

Not sure why, but it is not showing that I will be getting the $5.07 back in points. Only $0.07? Maybe this is one of those one-time $5 back deals (and I already earned it on something else)? Or maybe for certain members?
I believe you are right. I believe this is a one time use $5 back for a housewares purchase. Perhaps you already purchased something that qualified?

Did anyone else get their order cancelled the same day of ordering? I found out today by logging in (didn’t get an e-mail notification or anything) Of course they kept the money lol… I had to call customer service and they said it would take 2 weeks to get the money back. I told Customer Service that they need to keep their customers updated (e-mails) on the process of their orders (if cancelled, out of stock, etc.). This one reason their business is failing and why people don’t like Kmart.
