How do Bonus Rewards work?
They are different than your normal rewards. Your bonus rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks. Simply log in to or create your account at officedepot.com/rewards and click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.

My Office Depot said you can buy a $5 gift card to fill the $5 requirement if there isn’t anything you want other than penny items….
I was so grateful for another readers comment last week. The $5 you have to spend to get the .01 cent deals is before the sale price!! Last week I went and bought the master lock for $1 (normally $5.99) and it worked!! I was able to get that and all the penny deals for around $1.23!! Woot woot!!!!

Does anyone know how long it takes for the rewards to show up? I did the Duracell ones in June and it’s still not showing up. Now they are having the same Duracell deal again and I’m hesitant to do it.
Some people have reported it can take FIVE MONTHS to get your reward back!!
Usually it’s about 5 WEEKS after the end of the promotion. I’ve done the Duracel and paper promos and have never had a problem getting my rewards. If you still don’t see it at the beginning of August, contact their customer service.
I’ve been very hesitant to do the deal because of how long I’ve heard it takes for the rewards to show up. Five months is way too long for me.
It should not take that long. You should contact the Rewards customer service. They have always been very accommodating, even hurrying my rewards and applying them earlier than when they should be issued. As a side note though, I don’t like that there’s NO indication on the receipt that you bought a “rewards” item. Sometimes I wonder whether it works or if I bought the correct item. Because items are generally overpriced to start with, I never open or put away receipts on these purchases until the credit is applied to my account.
I tried it this way and the cashier made me spend more. :(. Oh well, I’ll try again next week.

Does anyone know where I can get 24 pack of Crayola Crayons for .25 cent ?
toys r us usually will do the crayola 24 packs 4 for a dollar every summer limit 16 just keep an eye on the ad….last 2 years they have done it. I sent everyone through the line with 16 so I have a stock pile to get me through elementary school lol. in kindergarten alone they wanted _8_ boxes then asked for more around the middle of the school year!
When price matching at Staples, can you only purchase 1 of each item? Or can you get the 3 of each limit?
I have done the 3 of each item at my staples in Michigan, however one staples in our area matched the penny deals store brand for store brand while another store in our area would not and only price matched the name brand items (crayola, sharpie, paper mate, etc) but at both stores I was able to get quantity of 3 each item
The Staples by me is only letting me price match 1 of each item. I asked if I can get 3 but was told they aren’t allowed to do that.

Can you get these deals more than once? I went yesterday, and I’m wondering if I can go back and get more?
The ad says a limit of 3 (or 10 for the folders) per household or business. Most stores will not let you get more than the limits each day (they have been instructed by corporate to be very strict on this), however, you should be able to go back another day and get more of the BTS deals.
Yesterday, our store was sold out of almost all the penny items 🙁 Went on Sunday and grabbed the 3 limits. Saw lots of ladies with way more than 3 of the penny items and using friends in line to buy for them. I hate folks who don’t follow the rules! Leave some for others.
