Funny you should mention this promo. I saw it on another blog this morning and picked up some pepperoni today, then texted the number 811811 for instructions like it said…it wouldn’t go through. I wrote to customer service but haven’t heard back yet. I had this same issue last time I had to text to this number with a Dr. Pepper promo. Anyone know the issue? Is it just my phone or is anyone not able to get this text through?
I did it with the m&m promo a couple of days ago and it went through.
I had a similar problem and they told me my receipt was too long. I had to fold it up, so it was hiding other things I bought. It went thru just fine. Unfortunately for me, on this deal – I just bought 2 packs of homel yesterday, Argh!
so i tried to do the sweettart/nestle stand up bag promo at target today. They wouldnt let me use 2 coupons on 2 bags, they said it was only one manufacturer coupon per transaction. The next woman over in self checkouts was having the same issue with them, luckily i was able to already have completed one transaction. The attendant actually came over and voided one of my coupons on the second! I argued with him and one other worker for 30 seconds before telling them to void everything and to give me back my coupon. I wish couponing would have never caught on so big because all these ignorant people abusing coupons has ruined it for us all!

make sure to text “ICEAGE” first. Then wait for instructions. I sent my picture with the ICEAGE message and didn’t hear anything back. Then text ICEAGE again and got a reply

I went the other day and they told me that also! They also explained to me that if you price match they will only allow 1 item and 1 coupon per DAY!! No multiple transactions. They looked at me and said but this will only affect the people who coupon a lot. I said your looking at one.. 😡
I bought three packs at target yesterday. Submitted the receipt at 3. Got my code at 3 am. 12 hours later.
