I have used this site to book hotel rooms at great savings. Last year I got a hotel room in Ligoneer PA so cheap that the manager asked me how I got that rate. Another time we had to cancel a reservation due to a family emergency. It clearly said nonrefundable but when I call the rewards customer service they called the hotel for me and got me a full refund. Wonderful service!!!
