Has anyone got the $15 back on $15 jeans? I ordered 3 pair the day the deal was posted & picked them up in store today but haven’t got points back yet.

I went to store on Sunday and bought a pair, still waiting for points

Thats why I stopped doing these Sears/Kmart deals… Way too big of a pain, and seemed like I never got my points. Had to call and talk to CS, but would never get anywhere πŸ™

I always take screen shots of the deal and of the order showing the points being earned just in case there is any question regarding my points back. I have yet to have to show them as proof of purchase but it is a stress reliever to me to have something to back up my claim. Good luck!

I ordered 2 pairs the night the deal was posted. Said I’d receive $40 back. Got $10 back Friday and then the other $30 Saturday.

I’ve come to the conclusion if you use points to pay or use coupons you don’t get points back.
It now shows you when you redeem your points how many you will get back.
I had $71 in points. Bought a Keurig said I “could” get back $35 in points. When going through the payment page when I clicked redeem points that $35 back in points went down to $1 and change but when I took the points off I would get back $35.
Hope that help with all the confusion.

I have not had a problem getting my points back, generally only waiting a few days…I find these deal irresistible as I can do my Christmas shopping (which I would be doing anyways in a few months) and I can get the points back into my account. Although you do have to spend the $ to earn the points, how great is it to get the $ back into your account? It’s like free stuff, almost.

I have not done a clothing deal like this with Sears/Kmart. What happens to the points if I have to return something? I am not sure the size ordered will fit. TIA.

I received my points already. Be aware the points have a really short expiration date. It is only 2 weeks. I have had to call CS several times in the past when points don’t post, which is a pain, BUT they are always nice and post the missing points to my acct.

Is this deal dead? It’s not showing when I look for men’s apparel on the link to coupons

Have you logged in and added the items to your cart to see the points available at checkout?

  8. Kristen Evering

I didn’t see them either until I added pants for my husband to my cart and actually viewed the cart page. On the bottom left it said I would earn $30 in points on 2 pairs of pants so looks like it is still working.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome! Thanks for sharing! πŸ˜‰

I can’t get them to show on the CARTS page as I normally would, so I’m confused if this is still working for me or not. I have done these deals often and know where to see the points but nope I’m not seeing them πŸ™

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi Lynn! Are you logged in to your account?

      • Lynn

Yes Collin, I am. No matter what I do, load cart then delete all and start adding to cart again, I’m not seeing the $10/$10 back in points. I only see the $10 in points back wyb $30. I’ve even tried my daughter’s account (she is an adult) and nothing, only the $10/$30. And as I said earlier, I do these deals often and feel that I am pretty savvy with Syw program. So sad.
