We ordered one of these on the Amazon Prime day. Our 3.5 year old absolutely loves it! So many educational apps and he has found it very easy to use. We have been pleased with our purchase. The included cover is nice and I like that it had a year of FreeTime included

Oh, but I do for sure recommend getting an SD card for additional storage. It was only like $10 but it allows us to add a lot more content to the device. Otherwise it runs out of memory way too quickly :/

This is a great deal! I bought when they were 2 for $150. The best electronic tablet for my 7 and 3 1/2 year old. And we also own a ipad. I can put time limits and it tells them done for the day. Books, videos and it recommends content for their age. I do suggest getting an SD card, like a 32 or 64. Their replace policy is awesome! Unfortunately we have had 2 replace both my kid’s tablets. (1 broken screen, 1 charging issue) Super easy process, New one in 2 days. They are super durable. My kids have dropped them a million times. Only reason screen broke is because he took the protective case off. I totally recommend!

The reviews say the 2 year warranty starts when it’s purchased but the 1 year free starts when you register the tablet!😃
We bought one of these for our 1 1/2 yr old and she loves it. Her brother who is almost 6 and has an iPad actually liked hers better because of the apps and them being all unlocked. So much so he steals hers when he can. So I just ordered him one. Lol.

Is this for younger kids (I have an almost 8-year old boy and would like a kindle that i can put minecraft on). My older daughter had a regular kindle and it had Minecraft, but thought this might work… Lmk if you have feedback for “older” kids
I have one for my 8 year old son and he likes it. It’s not “baby-ish.”
My son plays Minecraft on it and he also plays lots of the games. You can customize it for older kids.

I love these and have one for my almost 9 year old and one for my 3 year old. The Freetime apps, books and videos are great. I second the suggestion of buying an SD card to expand storage. One word on the guaranty, my son’s recently broke and the replacement had the same fuzzy lines on the screen on the first day of use. It was then that I realized the replacement was refurbished and not done well obviously. Amazon informed me that a brand new Kindle is only given if yours breaks within 30 days, otherwise it’s refurbished. I had a very disappointed toddler and escalated my bad experience until they agreed to send a new one. Just something most people including myself probably don’t notice about the replacement policy.

my granddaughter 2 has one and knows how to use it .and loves everything on there. the bigger girls have something similar and they love theres. no garbage no facebook or junk like that. and even when they have my kindle or phone they only use it to get one or two games and never have had a problem. the two weeks I was there with them. they watched regular tv for like 3 total hrs the whole time otherwise it was practicing or school on there. and other things. proud of them.
