I was told by a BBW employee that this is for select customers only. The reason why they ask for your email when you checkout in store is to track your purchases and where you buy. They then send you emails based on how much and where you spend. So if you didn’t get the email, there is a good chance that the store in your area is not participating.

They are probably harassing the employees which is not cool at all.
I didn’t harass anyone. I showed them the email and where it mentioned “in store…” And they said ok. I also showed them the FB post where BBW said to call the store to see if they were participating.
