   I bought this when it last went on sale and it was one of my best purchases ever! It is so easy to use and it cleans so well. Excellent if you have pets or kids!!

  Omg! Spent 1 hr on the phone with service rep- ended up having to by from a third party seller and Amazon credited me back the difference! So frustrated. Anyways, I didn’t see anything on their site about the $60 accessory kit, can you please clarify? Hopefully I get the exact same product. Thanks so much!!!

  I was wondering the same at first. However when you scroll down the page there is a product comparison of multiple carpet cleaners. The very last row specifies what each one has as extras included. Hope it helps.

    Just had the same problem with not shipping to my location, “government and local rules” he says. Plus he says they won’t credit the price difference when purchased from another seller……ggrrrr

  So frustrating! I’m not even super happy about buying from a different seller! What happens if it’s not a good item? Who pays for shipping back since it’s not prime. I tried to ship to LA county and OC, probably two of the biggest most populated counties in the nation and they can’t ship here? It’s a glitch in their system! ☹️☹️☹️☹️
