it is 9.99 at our store. 7.99 price tag was for some multicolor one, didnt find any of those at store.
I just got back from Target to get this deal. The coupon beeped and said to give back to customer on the screen. They told me Target policy changed and if a coupon isn’t accepted on their system they don’t have to accept it. I talked with a manager and they accepted only 1 of the coupon because it was 1 per purchase. I went ahead and did the deal just payed a little more because they were trying to work with me. Just wanted to give anyone else who was going to do this heads up. The cashier said she can’t figure out why it wasn’t accepted because it was right item she said it probably was because I got a $5 giftcards so it would t allow anything else. I explained I do transactions with giftcards etc all the time and don’t have problems.

Tried to use the $3 Broom Coupon today, and the coupon beeped that they had to give it back to me. Cashier read the fine print and tried it again, and said, sorry it won’t let you use the coupon.
