So can you use the $10 off $25 and still get free in store pick-up because you were over $25?

I think you have to still pay $25 after the coupon from what I remember
Shipping was $8.95 for me on merchandise that totalled 19.97 for me after $10 discount. Total was $29.92

With JC Penny’s, the shipping discount is after the coupon, so you would have to spend $35 before the coupon has been applied to get free shipping to the store.
It says select merchandise and the list of excluded is crazy long!
If you place an order “in store” you will always get free shipping to the store! No minimum!
I was at JCP today and they had girls T-shirts for $1.99 on clearance. Then I used the $10 off a $25 coupon. Whoop.

Yes.
In store clearance is great right now. I got 2 piece Carters outfits for $4 for my little one and $3 Carters separates for my older 2. The jc penny brand mix and match separates we’re $2.
Ended up spending $13.52 after my gift card for 4 outfits for my daughter, 2 for my older son and 3 outfits and 2 pjs for my newborn
