I had a bad experience at my Walgreens store today. I purchased (well, tried to purchase) 11 items and use 11 coupons. Of these, 10 were printed and one was the $10 manufactures coupons from the Charmin/Bounty deal earlier in the week. The price was over $1 before taxes, but it kept saying I had exceeded my coupon limit. After trying it 3 different times, the cashier just said sorry, these Kleenex coupons won’t ring because you are over your coupon limit, and handed them back to me. I told her thank you, I would be taking them all back and no longer wished to make the purchases. I then went to a Walgreens down the road. I bought a few different items, as they don’t carry Kleenex (I know, right?) but had the same issue at the register. The manager manually entered 5 of them for me. Any idea as to why this happened? I checked the coupon policy, but can’t find the reason.
