At my Walgreens, the eye makeup remover pads were still ringing up $3.99 and BOGO 50% off (they were marked $5.79 on the shelf though). The cashier wouldn’t accept my $5/2 coupon because the cost of one jar was less than the coupon value even though I had other items in my order so I still would have a positive overall balance.
When that happens they usually reduce the value of my coupon and write it on the coupon or ask me to grab a candy bar to makeup for it
My Walgreens doesn’t carry Almay : ( The cashier said it was because they are a smaller store. I’ve never heard of that before.

This also did not work at my Walgreens. I tried to gave the $5 coupon first then the $4 but it wouldn’t work. So the clerk tried to do it manually but still came out wrong so I just told her not to worry about it but I’m still out the coupon 🙁

My target has the eye removal bonus pack ( 2 pack) on clearance for $2.89. I bought 2 and used $5 off so totally was $.78 for 4 of them

I bought 3 of the makeup remover wipes and one bottle of the makeup remover, used the $5/2 and the $4 off in the savings book plus I had an offer on my card for 2000 points wyb 2 Almay products so I paid $4 and change for all 4 items plus 2 candy bars and a clearance Chapstick and got 2000 points. Not a bad deal for Walgreens. Normally their deals stress me out bc of their coupon policy and employees.
The makeup remover pads work well but they’re so small! I think I used about 10 for each eye! If you wear eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow I would pass on these. Buy the liquid instead.
I don’t have that issue, do you let it sit on a closed eye for a bit before wiping? This will loosen the makeup.
