My target would not accept this coupon – it didn’t scan (and came up with some error message they wouldn’t tell me), and they said they can no longer accept manufacturers coupons that don’t scan. I’ve been having more & more problems with that location (Kingston NY) so maybe it’s just that store, but ymmv!

I also couldn’t get the coupon to work… customer service said it doesn’t scan and a message pops up to contact coupon issuer.

The girl at the counter did tell me that if I wanted to go ahead and complete my order without the coupons I could come back anytime within 3 days with the fixed coupons and redeem them. Has anyone had any luck contacting Ian’s customer service?
Same thing happened to me…the cashier scanned the coupon and said it was expired. I had just printed it that day so I knew it wasn’t expired and she said the same thing but she said there was nothing she could do. Ended up not getting them. I had no problem paying $.25 but was not going to pay $2.25.
same thing with the coupon problems. I tried to use it and it said that the coupon was not acceptable. the cashier called over a manager, and that manager called over a 2nd. they said the coupon doesn’t actually say “manufacture coupon” on it, and that along with the register rejecting it….they can’t accept it. 🙁
