if target has a coupon and coupons.com have a coupon both for $1.50/2 bags, could I use both coupons or only one?
You can only use one Manufacturer’s coupon, one Target Coupon and one Cartwheel offer per item. So to answer your question, the coupon from Target would have to be a Target store coupon, in order to stack it with the coupons.com coupon. Hope this helps!
