    Called my order in. Ordered the sushi with some other food. Told me they would take the sushi off when I picked up. Screaming kid equals curbside. They didn’t take the sushi off, only doubled my visit points. Showed them this post and everything still no free sushi. Did I mention screaming kid…

      Oh bummer! Super sorry to hear they did not take off the Sushi for you! How odd that they said it would come off over the phone and then did not honor it when you went to pick it up 🙁

    Anyone else having problems with getting the free sushi? I ordered on the phone and lady who answered said she couldn’t take my reward card over phone to walk in to see if it’ll be taken off. So I walked in and nope! It doesn’t come off 😔

    I got mine 🙂 I was super polite and offered to pay. I said I didn’t think I would’ve been in the system it wasn’t going to work yet. Got it comped. Thanks

    I was told today that it ended on the 8th. But still got mine comped after having it verified. Manager was pretty nice about it.
